Maintenance & Service Contract
One of the most successful parts of Waveney Security is our Service and Maintenance contracts. Unlike a lot of companies our service visits include the battery changes and are NOT an additional charge.
Very similar to cars, regular service visits will keep your alarm working as it should. Remember at Waveney Security, we mend and repair, we do not replace unless we really need too or are asked

- 24/7 engineer access
- Reduced rate on future works
- Telephone support
- Priority attendance
- App Connection (if required)
- Valid Police availability (if required)
- Battery replacement when needed
Just because we may not have installed your system, does not mean we are unable to help! We can offer a take over package for anyone wishing to either transfer their system over to us, or start from scratch. We offer a full fault finding mission. All our staff have years of experience, which they use for diagnosing problems and ultimately, repairing said problems.
